Cancellation Policy

Checkout Policy & Rental Terms Please review and retain these terms for your records. If you have any questions, contact us prior to booking at 816-866-3099. By completing your booking (online or in writing), you agree to the following non-negotiable terms set by CreativeKei LLC. Booking & Payment All rentals require a legally binding agreement. Full payment must be made in advance unless otherwise approved. A valid credit card is required on file and may be used to cover damages, missing items, late returns, or additional services. Venue Requirements The client is responsible for confirming that the venue permits flower walls, backdrops, and rental props. Delivery, Setup & Pickup Delivery and pickup are included at scheduled times. If rental items are not accessible at the agreed pickup time, additional rental and/or trip fees will apply. Setup typically takes 1–2 hours. For safety and quality assurance, guests must remain clear of the setup area until installation is complete and photos are taken. Breakdown will occur at the scheduled time provided by the client. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be issued a credit for a future event. A $50 rebooking fee applies. A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice is required for rescheduling. Weather Policy CreativeKei LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule delivery in the event of severe weather conditions to prevent damage to rental items. Damages, Loss & Cleaning The client assumes full responsibility for all rented items from delivery through pickup. Damaged, lost, or missing items will be charged at full replacement cost. All items are inspected after pickup; any issues will be reported within seven (7) days. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for excessive dirt, stains, or misuse. Damage including, but not limited to, candle wax, burns, chocolate stains, or other permanent marks will result in full replacement charges. Condition of Items All items are provided in good to excellent condition. Minor, non-noticeable imperfections are considered normal wear and tear. Order Changes All changes must be submitted in writing and approved. Any additional services or last-minute modifications will incur additional charges. Privacy Policy Your personal information will never be sold, shared, or rented. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
